Challenge
Natural Rapport, an eCommerce brand specializing in pet products, was rapidly growing their D2C eCommerce business and needed to enhance their website in a way that their original Squarespace site didn’t allow. Natural Rapport also wanted to simplify the management of their eCommerce solution while optimizing their marketing efforts.
Solution
Oxley recommended they switch to Shopify and teamed up with Natural Rapport’s in-house design team to rapidly rebuild their site using Shopify. The new website was clean looking, ultra fast, and very easy to navigate. Shopify has allowed Natural Rapport to grow their D2C business through multiple marketing channels, and made it easy for Natural Rapport to manage their own website giving them the flexibility to grow and adapt quickly with the trends in their industry.
