The Centennial website needed a website overall to showcase their expertise in the real estate arena. The ask was to develop a custom site as innovative and exciting as their service offerings. We needed to eliminate the disconnect between the personality of this forward thinking, futuristic, solutions oriented firm and their online presence.
Solution
By partnering with House of Current’s best-in-class design team, we utilized our development chops to create an easily navigable site architecture. We created visual interest by incorporating sliders, parallax, video, a counter to display impressive stats, rollover feature and pop-up bios for the team, customized maps for overall and individual property holdings, as well as state-of-the-art careers page to attract like minded job seekers. The result was an aesthetically pleasing site that exemplified Centennial’s vertically integrated business strategy and aligned with their results-driven mindset.
